Blogs serve one main purpose in communications—they build a personal connection to your audience. A blog might tell an audience about a new product or service, deliver industry-relevant news in an easy-to-understand format, share a customer’s success story, or answer a frequently asked question. In terms of topics, the sky is the limit, but before publishing, ask yourself one question: Is this helpful, relevant, and engaging to my target audience?
